TKL – Think Legal may obtain your personal data in various ways, including through the provision of professional services, recruitment processes, meetings with professionals or through your use of the Website.
Your data will be processed with the utmost care and confidentiality by all personnel of TKL – Think Legal involved in any of the stages of processing.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
TKL – Think Legal may process your personal data for the purpose of:

• Managing the enquiry submitted via “Contact” or other contact or information request channels available on the Website (possible contact channels: telephone, email and WhatsApp). The personal data collected by TKL – Think Legal will be processed in order to contact you and manage your enquiry or request for information. • Communicating with you in the context of pre-contracted or contracted professional services.
  The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is the performance of a contract.
• Evaluate your application for a position at TKL – Think Legal. The data provided through the submission of CVs will be processed for the purpose of evaluating your application for possible recruitment processes and/or existing vacancies at TKL – Think Legal.
  The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose shall be the consent granted by the user.
• Receive communications, newsletters, news, information notes and invitations to events organised by TKL – Think Legal or in which TKL – Think Legal participates. At any time you may request that TKL – Think Legal cease sending such communications. For this purpose, TKL – Think Legal will inform you in each commercial communication you receive by electronic means of the manner in which you may express your objection to receiving them.
  The legal basis shall be consent in the case of electronic communications not covered by a prior relationship, and legitimate interest in the case of professional communications addressed to clients pursuant to section 21.2 LSSI-CE

PERIOD OF RETENTION
Where the legal basis is performance of a contract: the personal data provided will be retained for as long as necessary to comply with the contractual and legal obligations arising from the contract or agreement. After termination of the contractual relationship, the data will be duly blocked for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or until any potential liabilities arising from the contractual relationship become time-barred.
Where the legal basis is legitimate interest: the data will be processed until the user objects to such processing through the objection/unsubscribe procedure that TKL – Think Legal will provide in each communication.
Where the legal basis is consent: the data will be processed as long as consent has not been withdrawn through the procedure provided by TKL – Think Legal for this purpose in each communication or via the email info@tklabogados.es. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
Where the legal basis is a legal obligation: the data will be processed for as long as necessary to comply with the applicable legal obligation and any liabilities arising therefrom.
Notwithstanding the above periods, even after such time has elapsed or where objection or withdrawal of consent has occurred, TKL – Think Legal may retain those personal data that are strictly necessary to address any liabilities that may arise from the relationship with clients or users and any other legal requirement.

• Manage the enquiry submitted via “Contact” or other contact or information request channels available on the Website (possible contact channels: telephone, email and WhatsApp). The data will be retained for the period necessary to respond to the user’s request and, once the enquiry has been answered and closed, will be blocked for the applicable statutory limitation period relating to such request.
• Provide professional services. The data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties and, once terminated, the data will be blocked for the statutory limitation period applicable to any legal actions that may arise from the contractual relationship or by legal obligation.
• Evaluate your application to work at TKL – Think Legal. The data provided will be processed while the recruitment process is open and, once it has ended, may continue to be retained if the user has given consent thereto; otherwise, they will remain blocked for the statutory limitation period applicable to any legal actions that may arise from their use.
• Receive communications, newsletters, news, information notes and invitations to events organised by TKL – Think Legal or in which TKL – Think Legal participates. The data provided will be processed while the user has not withdrawn consent or objected to processing, and, once withdrawn or objected to, will remain blocked for the statutory limitation period applicable to any legal actions that may arise from their use.
• Data provided for the exercise of rights. The data will be retained for the period necessary to address the exercised right(s) or, where applicable, the procedure that the exercise thereof may have given rise to. Once that period has ended, they will be blocked for the statutory limitation period applicable to any legal actions that may arise.

COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The third parties with whom TKL – Think Legal may share your data are:
