TKL – Think Legal regularly advises on matters with an international dimension, including complex transactions and disputes involving foreign clients, multiple jurisdictions and multilingual teams. The Firm advises companies, funds and investors on cross-border projects, working in close coordination with law firms in other jurisdictions and acting together with or against them when required. We have particular expertise in matters involving Spain and Italy through our Italian Desk.

A significant part of the Firm's practice has an international dimension, reflecting both the profile of our clients and the cross-border nature of many of the transactions and disputes on which we advise. The Firm regularly advises foreign companies and investors and coordinates with law firms and legal advisors in other jurisdictions.

Our agile and independent structure enables us to act with flexibility and technical rigor in complex matters with an international scope. Many of the team's members have developed part of their careers in international environments and are fluent in several languages.

Italian Desk

As part of the Firm's international practice, the Italian Desk provides legal advice in business relations between Spain and Italy, combining legal expertise, understanding of the business environment and experience in cross-border transactions.
