Patricia holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the UOC and a Master’s Degree in Decision Making and Innovation from the University of Alcalá, which she complemented with a Degree in Business Administration from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
She has developed her career in corporate legal advice for national and international clients of all kinds (Telefónica, BNP Paribas, Plan International), both companies and private clients, specializing in corporate and company governance, as well as contract law and M&A.
Her work at the firm focuses on providing advise on commercial and corporate law to companies in various sectors, on mergers, acquisitions and divestments, liquidations, due diligence processes, as well as company secretarial services, collaborating in all phases of the corporate life of companies.
