Career and Professional Experience


José Vicente cooperates as Of Counsel with TKL Abogados – Think Legal.


José Vicente is economist and is specialized in Tax Law.


He started his journey in the field of taxation taking part in the Economic and Tax Affairs department of the University of Murcia where he was involved in the incorporation of the University Institute of tax and financial affairs researches and investigations. This project allowed him to work with members of the Spanish Tax Authorities, the Faculty of Economy and with influential businessmen.


After the period aforementioned, he began his career as tax adviser in Tecnitec Group. At the same time, José Vicente worked as a teacher of several subjects related to Economics and Business Management degrees.


In 2007 José Vicente joined Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Legal Services, S.L. (currently PwC Tax & Legal Services). He started his work as tax adviser in the PwC’s offices located in Murcia. In this stage, José Vicente rendered tax advice to real estate companies, construction companies, transportation companies, cooperatives and energetic companies, among others.


In 2013, José Vicente moved to Madrid in order to be part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team of PwC Tax & Legal Services where he was enrolled up to 2017. In this time, José Vicente had the chance to participate in more than 80 Sale-Purchase transactions of different companies with both domestic and international clients.


As a tax expert, José Vicente holds wide experience in Due Diligence processes, the assistance in tax audits, performing Transfer Pricing files and in ongoing tax advising for companies.


After his stage in PwC Tax & Legal Services, José Vicente currently collaborates with TKL Abogados – Think Legal advising on Tax Law.



Education and Teaching Experience


José Vicente holds a Degree in Economics by the University of Murcia. He also holds a master’s degree in tax advising by Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) in Valencia, and a double-major in Management Develop Program by both EAE Business School in Madrid and Polytechnic University of Catalunya (Barcelona TECH). Furthermore, he carried out Finance and accounting studies corresponding to the Master of Instituto Superior de Técnicas y Prácticas Bancarias in Madrid.


José Vicente has participated in seminars, conferences and courses organised by PricewaterhouseCoopers (currently PwC), and he has also taken part in round tables and employment forums organised by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Murcia.


On the other hand, José Vicente has wide teaching experience as he has taught Political Economy, Microeconomy and Macroeconomy to pupils of the Economy and Business Administration faculties of both the University of Murcia and the Catholic University of San Antonio (UCAM) in Murcia.


José Vicente frequently collaborates with Fundación Créate (, where he acts as mentor of different entrepreneurship projects.
