His experience, acquired over a career that began in 2006, focuses on procedural law, arbitration, contentious proceedings and complex negotiations, as well as bankruptcy. Throughout his career, he has been closely involved in the practice of large law firms (Uría Menéndez, DLA Piper), multinational companies (The Walt Disney Company, UPS), different countries (Spain, Italy, France, Portugal) and various industries (including media, aviation, construction and energy).
As leader of the firm’s litigation practice, Samuel has a high success rate in complex cases, both nationally and internationally.
He has long combined his professional work with teaching at institutions such as the Foundation for Research on Law and Business (FIDE), IE University and IE Business School, San Pablo CEU University and Dar Es Salam University Law School (Tanzania). He is also the author of several legal publications.
In addition to his Law Degree from the University of Granada, he completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Legal Consultancy at IE (2005), graduating with honours.
