Throughout his career, developed at Cuatrecasas and DLA Piper, he has accumulated extensive experience in litigation related to contractual disputes, tort liability, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards in Spain, as well as in transnational litigation. He is an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association and has participated in arbitrations administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC); the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA); the Madrid International Arbitration Center (CIAM); the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM); the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB); and the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA).
He has advised national and international clients in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy, banking and real estate, among others.
Rául Partido holds a degree in Law with a Diploma in Business Studies (E-1) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICAI – ICADE, is a professor at the Universidad San Pablo CEU, tutor of the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ICADE and collaborates with various publications and collective works related to his specialty.
