She holds a Degree in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares, and has a solid background in civil law, a practice developed over a decade at Uría Menéndez.

From this perspective, she has accumulated valuable experience in advising clients in proceedings before both ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as in pre-litigation disputes and in the resolution of conflicts during settlement agreements.

Her work includes contractual disputes, corporate disputes, product liability and construction defect claims, as well as unfair competition practices.
