Her career, developed in private firms (Pérez-Llorca and Ramón y Cajal), has provided Beatriz with an extensive experience in commercial litigation, contractual and non-contractual liability claims, horizontal property claims, and bankruptcy proceedings, with clients of different nationalities and industries as varied as construction, infrastructure, energy, banking and real estate, among others.

Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, she also holds a PhD, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Procedural Law and Arbitration, all from the same university.

She is a lecturer in the master’s Degree in Access to the Law Profession at both the Autonomous University of Madrid and the European University of Madrid Litigation, where she, respectively, teaches Civil Litigation and Arbitration and Civil and Commercial Litigation; and also collaborates with several publishing houses to publish doctrinal articles and joint research.
