She has been pursuing her career since 2002 in different areas: the Big Four (PwC Tax & Legal Services and Deloitte), independent law firms (Araoz & Rueda Abogados) and large companies (Burger King Corporation). This trajectory has allowed her to acquire a proven track record as a trusted advisor to her clients, both in the management of ongoing legal advice and support in M&A and restructuring operations. Almudena is also secretary and independent director on several Boards of Directors.

Almudena holds a double Degree in Spanish and French Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and the Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, as well as a Master in Science (MSc) in European Union Law and Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE).
