Career and Professional Experience


Eduardo is a partner at TKL Abogados -Think Legal since February 2018.


He is an expert lawyer in corporate law, and he is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructuring. He acts as Board secretary for many companies.


After working as an internal counsel for Philip Morris during the year of 2004, Eduardo developed his professional career in several law firms. He worked in the corporate department of De Andrés y Artiñano and in the corporate and real estate departments of Hammonds (currently Squire Patton Boggs). Since 2007 until beginning of 2018 Eduardo has worked in the corporate department of DLA Piper, providing legal advice to national and international clients, either to corporations, financial institutions, funds or private clients.




Eduardo holds a law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2002). He studied the fourth grade at the Université de Rouen-Haute Normandie (France).


Likewise, Eduardo holds a master’s degree in corporate law (Master de Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas) from Instituto de Empresa (2004).


Finally, he studied a Harvard Course of Law & Economics at Harvard Law School, Massachusetts, U.S.A. (2014).


Teaching Experience


Eduardo has participated in several courses and seminars organised by International Faculty for Executives (IFAES), as well as in several courses or presentations organised by DLA Piper, either for clients or for internal training.




Eduardo speaks and writes Spanish, English and French.
