Raffaele was named Cavaliere della Stella d’Italia (The Order of the Star of Italy), an honorary title granted as recognition to those who contribute most to the development of Italy beyond its borders, a distinction undoubtedly deserved by Raffaele for all the work he has done since he settled in Spain in 2002. He collaborates with the Italian Embassy in Spain as well as the Italian Consulates in Madrid and Barcelona, playing a fundamental role over these past 19 years in providing advice to numerous business establishments, essentially, Italian companies established or wishing to establish in Spain, and Spanish companies that choose Italily as the destination for its expansion.

He is also an expert in sport law, expertise developed at his first firm in Spain, Lexland Abogados, and continued at DLA Piper and TKL Abogados.

His education includes a Degree in Law from the University of Salerno and a Postgraduate Degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, after which he published the thesis “Il Sistema delle invadilità contractual nell’ esperienza spagnola”..
