Alfonso has extensive experience as an in-house legal advisor in different companies, the last of which is Indra, where he was Head of Legal IT Insurance Market and was involved in projects related to the contracting of technological products for national and international insurance companies. He also participated in projects for the implementation of digital signature and data protection policy at national and international level for the company Signe.

Throughout his professional career, Alfonso has participated in various matters related to the protection and exploitation of intangible assets, privacy, technological contracting and digital regulations. At TKL Abogados, he is in charge of advising and negotiating in intellectual property, industrial and entertainment matters, specifically in projects involving new technologies, data protection, patents, software and media.

He holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the Carlos III University of Madrid. He also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Centro de Estudios Financieros and certifications in data protection, artificial intelligence and Blockchain.

His working languages are Spanish, English and Portuguese.
